HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
5–8 business days from order to shipping label for stocked products. Custom builds take 2–4 weeks — reach out before ordering and we'll confirm a date.
WILL YOUR HUNTING BLIND WINDOWS FIT MY EXISTING BLIND?
Our windows are sized to the most-installed industry cutouts (24×12, 30×11, 30×14, 30×16, 42×11, 42×16). Most retrofits drop in. Email us your dimensions and we'll confirm before you order.
WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
30 days, unused, in original packaging. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return shipping — we don't add any fee of our own, and there's no restocking charge. If a product arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, the return is on us and we work with the manufacturer under their warranty to make it right.
