- ▸ HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
- 5–8 business days from order to shipping label for stocked products. Custom builds take 2–4 weeks — reach out before ordering and we'll confirm a date.
- ▸ WILL YOUR HUNTING BLIND WINDOWS FIT MY EXISTING BLIND?
- Our windows are sized to the most-installed industry cutouts (24×12, 30×11, 30×14, 30×16, 42×11, 42×16). Most retrofits drop in. Email us your dimensions and we'll confirm before you order.
- ▸ WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
- 30 days, unused, in original packaging — free returns by mail. If a product arrives defective, we work with you and the manufacturer under their warranty to make it right.
- ▸ DO YOU OFFER OUTFITTER OR PRO PRICING?
- Yes. Email us with your guide service or outfit, and we'll set up a tier-pricing arrangement for repeat orders.
